Aplicar el dispositivo a un diseño original de distracción ósea en un hueso de osificación directa (reborde residual mandibular) y evaluar su efectividad. Aplicar y evaluar histológica e histomorfométricamente el efecto del modelo de distracción osteogénica experimental a diferentes tiempos de consolidación (14 y 28 días). Evaluar el efecto mediante estudio histológico e histomorfométrico de un bifosfonato potente, el zoledronato, en la distracción osteogénica experimental con un tiempo de consolidación de 28 días.
