Description An account of the resource Resumen: La rehabilitación de los incisivos centrales superiores, mediante el uso de implantes oseointegrados, es un tratamiento sumamente desafiante y demandante para el clínico, debido a las decisiones que deben ser tenidas en cuenta a la hora de realizar los procedimientos inherentes al mismo. Estas decisiones se encuentran relacionadas, tanto con el momento adecuado para realizar las extracciones dentarias, como con el número, tamaño y diseño de los implantes a colocar y su posición ideal, la necesidad de realizar tratamientos complementarios como técnicas de regeneración ósea guiada y/o uso de injertos de tejido blando y la selección de los componentes protéticos, restauraciones provisionales y definitivas. El tratamiento implanto-protético del sector anterosuperior, en pacientes jóvenes con pérdida de los incisivos centrales superiores por traumatismo, implica realizar un correcto diagnóstico y un tratamiento multidisciplinario en base a un adecuado plan y secuencia de pasos, sumado a una ejecución técnica precisa para lograr el éxito del mismo. El objetivo de este trabajo es presentar la resolución de un caso clínico mediante un tratamiento odontológico integral de una paciente que, a temprana edad, sufrió un traumatismo dentario y fracturó sus incisivos centrales. Abstract: Due to the decisions that must be taken when performing the procedures to resolve the clinical case, the rehabilitation of the upper central incisors with the use of osseointegrated implants is an extremely challenging and demanding treatment for the clinician. These decisions are related to the time to perform teeth extractions, the number, size and design of the implants to be placed and their ideal position, the need to carry out complementary treatments such as guided bone regeneration techniques and/or use of soft tissue grafts, and the selection of prosthetic components, provisional and definitive restoration. Implant-prosthetic treatment of the anterior maxilla in young patients with loss of the upper central incisors due to a trauma, involves a correct diagnosis and a multidisciplinary treatment based on an appropriate dental treatment plan and sequence, in addition with precise technical skills to achieve success. The purpose of this work is to present the resolution of a clinical case through comprehensive dental treatment of a patient who suffered dental trauma at an early age and fractured her central incisors.
