Esta variedad anatómica tiene un alto porcentaje de hallazgos en segundos y terceros molares inferiores. Abstract: The varied configuration and anatomical complexity of the dental pieces make endodontic treatment an ongoing challenge for professionals, where the correct diagnosis generated from clinical evaluation and complementary studies (radiographs, tomography) will facilitate the approach and resolution of each case. Root canals with a C-shaped anatomy are often difficult to diagnose if the necessary attention is not paid when evaluating the part to be treated.
