Description An account of the resource Resumen: El objetivo de este estudio fue comparar la radiopacidad de distintos materiales utilizados como sustitutos de la dentina según norma ISO 6876. Se utilizaron Biodentine-Septodont (a base de silicato de calcio), Equia Forte – GC Corporation (ionómero vítreo convencional), Sure Fill SDR Flow – Dentsply Sirona (composite bulk-fill), MTA Densell Reparative - Densell (a base de silicato de calcio). Se confeccionaron 12 probetas cilíndricas, tres por cada material, siguiendo las instrucciones de los respectivos fabricantes y se colocaron en estufa a 37°C durante su fraguado. Se tomaron radiografías oclusales digitales junto a una cuña de aluminio graduada según norma ISO 6876. En cada imagen se determinaron los valores de L de la escala CieLab (negro-blanco) con el programa Photoshop (Adobe). Los resultados se analizaron estadísticamente mediante ANOVA y prueba de Tukey. Abstract: The objective of this study was to evaluate the radiopacity of different materials used as dentin substitutes according to ISO standards 6876. The materials used were Biodentine-Septodont (a calcium silicate based), Equia Forte – GC Corporation (conventional glass ionomer), Sure Fill SDR Flow – Dentsply Sirona (bulk-fill composite resin) and MTA Densell Reparative - Densell (calcium silicate based). Twelve cylindrical specimens were prepared, three per material, following manufacturer’s instructions and stored at 37°C during setting. Digital occlusal radiographs were taken next to a graduated aluminum wedge (according to ISO 6876). In these images, the L values of the CieLab scale (black-white) were determined with the Photoshop (Adobe) program. The results were statistically analyzed by ANOVA and Tukey test. Fil: Lei, M. A.
