Description An account of the resource En el año 1993, por iniciativa del Profesor Titular de la Cátedra de Patología y Clínica Bucodental I, Dr. Máximo Juan E. Giglio, se creó la unidad asistencial y de investigación, cuyo objetivo era el diagnóstico y tratamiento de los trastornos de la articulación temporomandibular, dolor orofacial, y los desórdenes craneovertebrales. Se denominó a esta nueva unidad: “UNIDAD DE DISFUNCIÓN Y DOLOR CRANEOMANDIBULAR”. La misma está abocada a dar respuestas integrales en los aspectos básicos, clínicos y de investigación de las patologías de la ATM y sus estructuras conexas.
